We ship from many partnered suppliers around the world. Please be aware that some of your items may be shipped separately. We use different manufacturers to ensure quality and to give shoppers a large range of products to choose from, which is why you may receive your order in separate packages.
What is the sizing of your products?
We will try to specify on every product whether the item is true to US sizing or UK/Europe sizing and include a sizing chart to help provide you with the most relevant information so you can find the right fit. If you are still unsure, give us a shout at email@example.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any items unless the item is defected or you’ve received the incorrect item. In both cases, please provide us with a picture to verify this within one month of receiving your order to receive a full refund. Since we offer free shipping on all our items, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. You are welcome to contact us to see if you qualify to receive partial store credit for special circumstances.
How long will it take to receive my item?
Please allow for 1-5 business days for us to process your order before shipping. In most cases, we will ensure the fastest shipping time possible, however, for international orders, please allow for 14-60 days.
I only received part of my order. Where are the rest of my items?
To provide Fem Rebel shoppers with quality products and a large selection of unique items to choose from, we use multiple suppliers to produce our products. Depending on your order, you may receive your items in different shipments, however, in most cases all your items should arrive within a week of each other.
Will I be charged custom fees?
Fem Rebel does not take responsibility for custom fees. Some items purchased from our store may be subject to custom fees upon arrival, however, we do not have control over which products may be subjected to fees.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please email us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. We will be able to change or cancel your order if the item(s) have not been fulfilled, however, once the item is marked as shipped, we will be unable to cancel it or make any changes.
